                             RESOLUTION NO.   21158 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                  PROJECT COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE
                  DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, RELATIVE TO
                  CONSTRUCTION OF A STREAMBANK PROTECTION
                  PROJECT AT ROSS'S LANDING.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Project Cooperation Agreement with the Department
       of the Army, relative to construction of a Streambank Protection
       Project at Ross's Landing.
